An honestly enquiring Christian asks why Mormons don’t worship the cross. Writer Lee Thompson, a non-Mormon, goes overboard in the answer section of this article from the Journal Gazette located in Charleston, Ill.
Mr. Thompson says that ”Mormons never use crosses anywhere, perhaps because Mormons believe Jesus’ death on the cross is insufficient to obtain eternal salvation.”
Perhaps the Journal Gazette should consider asking a Mormon to answer questions about the LDS Church.
